Using Databases Video
- In order to access our databases remotely (from outside our Library branches), you must have a PGCMLS online account with a library card number and password. Your password is the last 4 digits of your telephone number as listed in your account profile.
- When you click on Databases from outside the Library, you will enter your library card number and password. Once you are authenticated, you will be able to search and browse all of the databases without having to re-authenticate for each.
- When you click on Databases using a Library PC or Wifi, you will go directly to the Databases page without having to authenticate.
- Databases in the list with greyed-out Select boxes are not included in the search. To browse or search these resources directly, click on the database name.
- You can choose:
- to search only databases in particular subject categories
- to search one or more databases
- to search all databases
- to include the Library's catalog in your search

Lists all of the Library's e-resources, including e-journals, titles in full-text databases, and e-books.

A unique resource that contains more than 15 million recent death records from across the nation with new content added daily; searchable by name, date, or text within the notice.
