The Library is now offering RBdigital streaming video channels: Acorn and

Pongalo. Enjoy streaming world-class mysteries, dramas, and comedies from Britain on Acorn. On Pongalo, Library customers may stream Spanish-language telenovelas and translated movies. Customers will receive two 7-day access passes weekly to explore both channels.

 Playaway Bookpacks

Traveling with the family this summer? Try a Bookpack! If you and your children are going on a summer road trip or spending time on a plane, try one of the Library's newest offerings, a Bookpack. Look for the bright orange packs in your neighborhood branch library, with a great assortment of titles for young readers, from Arthur to Charlotte's Web.

Each Bookpack includes an audiobook and its print version, so your reader can build confidence by reading along with the audiobook, or just listen with headphones or earbuds. Choose from bestseller, classics or titles in the Common Core curriculum. This is a great way to improve reading comprehension and retention, expand vocabulary and fluency for ESL over the summer. These are new, easy-to-use and fun.
