Largo, MD – Thanks to all our library supporters and the generosity of the County Executive and County Council, the Prince George’s County Memorial Library System will open all operational branches on Fridays from 10 am to 6 pm, starting July 26, 2019. Branches with the added Friday hours are Accokeek, Fairmount Heights, Glenarden, Hillcrest Heights and Upper Marlboro.
“It is our goal to create consistent hours for all library locations in order to meet the diverse needs of our community members. In an effort to expand hours and start working toward this goal, we requested and received additional funding to hire more staff for which we are grateful,” said CEO Roberta Phillips.
Celebrate Happy Friday @ your library! Where there is always something new for you.
