Wizards Winter Reading Challenge
This winter, the Library is once again teaming up with the Washington Wizards! We invite you to join the fun by participating in challenges for a chance to win prizes. Books, films, and other resources are available below for the whole family to enjoy. All ages welcome!
Register for the Wizards Winter Reading Challenge!
The challenge will run December 12, 2023-March 31, 2024. Complete and log activities including reading, watching Wizards games, attending library programs (virtual or in person), staying active, and engaging with the Library and Washington Wizards. Readers who complete the challenge will be entered into a raffle to win a variety of prizes including game tickets and a Wizards drawstring bag with a bookmark and reading light clip.
Book of the Month
Washington Wizards Book of the Month: In partnership with Prince George's County Memorial Library System, the Wizards will highlight books for children in various age groups to read each month. We will feature one book for readers grades K-2, grades 3-5, and grades 6-8 to explore.
