Small Study Rooms


The following library branches have study rooms which will accommodate a small number of people. Most are available on a walk-in, first-come first-served basis.

Small Study Rooms Guidelines

  • Customers must sign up at a Service Desk before using a study room, either as an individual or with a group.*
  • Study room reservations are available same day, in-branch only on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Study rooms may be reserved for up to two (2) hours, once per day, for groups* and individuals.
  • Study rooms may not be utilized for more than one reservation per day by anyone, either by a group member or an individual.
  • Customers not arriving within fifteen (15) minutes of their reserved time forfeit the remainder of their reservation.
  • Customers should not enter the study room before their reserved time.
  • Customers must be prepared to leave the study room at the end of their allotted time.
  • Study rooms may remain in use until the room is requested by another customer.
  • Study rooms cannot seat more individuals than the available seating provided within the study room.

* A group is defined as two (2) or more individuals using a study room at the same time, regardless of when each person joined the group.
