Meet The Team

Terence Clark

Director

Terence Clark joined the Department of Corrections as Acting Director in December of 2023. On March 12, 2024, he was confirmed by the Prince George's County Council, becoming Director. With more than 34 years of correctional experience, Director Clark was most recently Deputy Commissioner of Operations at the Philadelphia Department of Prisons in Pennsylvania. Starting his correctional career as a private and working up the ranks, Director Clark has seen every facet of corrections and is utilizing this experience to assist in his duties as Director.
