This session will delve into the impact of SDoH conditions in the places where people are born, live, learn, work, play, worship, and age which affect a wide range of health, functioning, and quality-of-life outcomes and risks.
6/12 Living Vibrant: Building Confidence and Resilience
This interactive discussion will explore how our health outcomes are intertwined and influenced by our behavior, thoughts, motivation, confidence, and belief in ourselves. We aim to gain a deeper understanding of how to build resilience and confidence to achieve our health goals.
6/26 Living Vibrant: Chronic Disease Prevention and Management
Join us for an in-depth discussion on Chronic Disease Prevention and Management to learn how to leverage prevention to achieve greater health outcomes while avoiding chronic conditions.
7/3 Living Vibrant: Physical Activity - Fitness and Health
This session will provide a systematic approach to understanding the role of fitness in our health. We'll learn how to use physical activity to achieve greater health outcomes while avoiding chronic diseases and obesity.
7/10 Living Vibrant: Nutrition, Diet, Health
In this video presentation and discussion, we'll examine food choices and whole-food plant-based diets coupled with medical implications to lay the groundwork for diet consumption and its impact on health.
