About the Presenter:
Bear Afkhami is an emergency management and national security professional with over 13 years of experience in preparedness, protection, mitigation, response, and recovery. He holds an M.S. in Analytics, a B.A. in Intelligence, and is a graduate of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) National Emergency Management Academy.
