Caring for Seniors & Persons with Disabilities Resource Fair

Join us for a day of connection, support, and empowerment at the Caring for Seniors & Persons with Disabilities Resource Fair — a community event designed to provide valuable resources, education, and support for older adults, persons with disabilities, caregivers, and service providers.

Enjoy a range of free offerings throughout the day, including:

• Workshops & Support Circles – Covering topics like caregiver stress, Medicare/Medicaid, and home modifications
• Health Screenings – Including blood pressure checks and fall-risk assessments
• Resource Booths – Featuring services such as legal aid, transportation, durable medical equipment, financial assistance, respite care referrals, and home accessibility resources
• Caregiver Relaxation Area – A comfortable space for caregivers to take a break, enjoy light refreshments, and participate in wellness activities
• Kids’ Corner – A space for children to relax and play during the event
