KEYS 2 Elevation: Interview Mastery & Workplace Success (Session 3)

Presented by Employ Prince George's KEYS (Knowledge Equals Youth Success) program team.

Participants will build practical interviewing skills, learn how to navigate real workplace challenges, and strengthen the professional habits needed for long-term success. This final session integrates all skills to prepare participants for real opportunities.

KEYS 2 Elevation is an engaging career preparation program designed for young adults aged 18 to 24. Through hands-on activities, guided instruction, and personalized coaching, participants will develop important skills such as resume writing, interview techniques, effective communication, and mastery of soft skills. This program equips them to confidently secure and maintain sustainable employment.
