This training program helps participants learn or improve their skills in adult first aid and CPR/AED for adults, children, and infants. The program uses demonstrations, guided practice, and scenario-based exercises to build confidence and proficiency. We strongly encourage participants to pre-register for this program.

This training is free, but participants who want to be officially certified and receive a card will need to pay a $35 fee. More details will be provided during class.

Participants must be physically able to perform hands-on skills, including kneeling on the floor, bending over, and delivering chest compressions on a manikin.
