About MABUHAY, INC.

Founded in 1985, Mabuhay, Inc. was created to respond to a vital need within the Filipino American community: a place of support, connection, and shared understanding. This non-profit organization serves as a network of individuals, families, and friends who navigate the experiences of assimilation into American society while honoring Filipino heritage. Mabuhay, Inc. brings together those facing common challenges and joys - interracial and intercultural families, raising biracial children, and sustaining meaningful ties to the Philippines and. Through fellowship, advocacy, and service, this Filipino American organization, based in Prince Goerge's County, fosters belonging, resilience, and cultural pride across generations.

Dance Performances include the Fan Dance (Pagapir), a graceful royal court dance from the Maranao Tribe and the Tinikling, a traditional Philippine Folk dance using bamboo poles among others.
