The coach also holds a Diabetic Wellness certification and will offer support for individuals managing diabetes.
Participants are warmly encouraged to bring their own pots, soil, or cuttings to share or plant. If you have a plant that needs repotting or some tender loving care, please don't hesitate to bring it with you!
Please note: This program can accommodate up to 10 participants on a first-come, first-served basis. If the weather is nice, the program will be held on the patio.
