Plain Language Standards and Language Access in Your Community

Presented by Horowitz Center for Health Literacy, University of Maryland College Park

This presentation will introduce the MD Consumer Health Information Hub, state-mandated plain language requirements, and discuss the plain language and health literacy needs of local organizations and the communities they serve. This event is for non-profits, health care providers, and local and state organizations. Topics include health literacy, language access, Hub resources, and a Q&A session.
