A hands-on, creative workshop connecting art, nature, and place. This free interactive workshop introduces participants to local nature through guided art-making. Participants learn how to observe plants, landscapes, and everyday outdoor spaces, then translate what they see into simple, bold coloring-page designs.
The workshop blends drawing, design, and environmental learning. Participants explore native plants and animals, rain gardens, or neighborhood green spaces and create original line drawings that can be used as coloring pages for themselves or shared with others. Premade coloring pages are also provided.
