Back-to-School Tools for the Heart, Mind, and Body

In this back-to-school wellness event, teens are invited to slow down, reset, and prepare for the school year through activities that support stress relief and emotional well-being. Teens will rotate through wellness stations, including haircare services, journaling, yoga and movement, meditation and breathing techniques, and other stress-reduction activities.
