PGCMLS ProgrammingNovember is National Alzheimer's Disease Awareness Month. Research shows there are everyday habits you can build today to help protect your memory and thinking in the future - even reducing your risk of cognitive decline and possibly dementia. This program provides research-backed guidance on brain health and the importance of taking action to protect your brain at every age.
This program is presented by the Alzheimer’s Association National Capital Area Chapter. Alzheimer's Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer's care, support and research.
