The Prince George's Office of the Poet Laureate presents "From A Poet's Point of View - An MLK Tribute" featuring three dynamic poets: Sainey Ceesay (2021 Prince George's County Youth Poet Laureate); Orville Walk (aka "Orville The Poet") and Marissa Michel (2020 Prince George's County Youth Poet Laureate), in conversation and performance.

This event kicks off the 2021 Poet Laureate monthly virtual series, "From A Poet's Point of View," which includes poetry presentations and cultural conversations.
The Office of the Poet Laureate expresses grateful appreciation to the Prince George's Arts & Humanities Council (PGAHC) for sponsorship of this event and also thanks the Nora Roberts Foundation, The Prince George's County Memorial Library System (PGCMLS), and Maryland National Capital Parks & Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) for their support of this series.
