This thesis allowed Troi to interview Honorary Pat Sekaquaptewa, Justice of Hopi Appellate Court, The Court of Indian Affairs Western Region Court; Magistrate Marsha Harlan, Prosecutor Stephanie Whisnan, and Sophia Torres.
