Week 1: November 30th - Hardware & Mouse Skills Practice
Week 2: December 7th - Software & Keyboard Practice
Week 3: December 14th - File Management
Week 4: December 21st - Internet & Email
After the 4 week course, participants will be able to:
- Identify basic computer components and operating system features
- Execute basic mouse techniques
- Perform basic keyboard strokes and functions
- Identify and navigate the features of the Desktop
- Open and exit software programs
- Identify and navigate the various toolbars of the Windows environment
- Create and save a document to the Desktop or to a flash drive (please bring your own flash
drive)
