Originally written 35 years ago for a friend's birthday party, Cotter's timeless creation continues to enchant young audiences with its enduring message that "we have more in common than we think." According to Cotter, the show is a joyful blend of silliness and lots of chances for kids to join in the fun. Once the young audience meets Rufus, the charming dog, they can't wait to lend a helping paw.
