Auditorium (150)#EdamameChamp is an annual campaign that promotes healthy eating through Japanese cuisine, with a focus on soy. In this program, participants will learn about soy through an interactive presentation, compete in a fun chopstick skills challenge, and conclude with a cooking demonstration of soy-based dishes.
All participants must have a signed waiver to take part in the cooking activity:
- Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian complete the waiver.
Waivers will be available on site, but pre-filling them is preferred to help us start on time.
