Join the Mount Rainier Branch Library and Prince George’s County Office of Human Rights for our monthly book club! This month we hope you can join us as we discuss "When Stars are Scattered," a graphic novel about growing up in a refugee camp, as told by a former Somali refugee Omar Mohamed to the Newbery Honor-winning author and illustrator Victoria Jamieson.
Omar and his younger brother, Hassan, have spent most of their lives in Dadaab, a refugee camp in Kenya.
