The FoundryCome enjoy a healthy experience where you will learn about one of the world’s most well-known Black martial arts. Capoeira Angola was forged in Brazil during the horrors of slavery and survived just as its people did. Our class session will consist of movement and basic techniques accompanied with rich recorded music. Attire should be appropriate for working out and include secure footwear.
While this is a beginner’s snippet class, it is recommended that you have a decent to normal range of mobility.
