National Harbor Career Training Information Session with The Training Source, Inc.

The Training Source offers job training and job placement assistance to job seekers. Through training, participants will develop/enhance the necessary skills to successfully transition into full-time employment, and earn living wages that allow economic mobility. Information sessions are a prerequisite for joining the program and are held every Wednesday at 1 PM via Zoom.

We currently offer a 7-week virtual Office and Professional Services Training Program that is a combination of live online training sessions and independent study, followed by intense individual and group counseling, and job placement assistance and follow-up services.

Key components of our 7-week training programs include:

Computer Skills – Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
Life Skills – Self-Esteem and Motivation, Time/Money Management, Business English and Communications
Professional Skills – Resume Preparation, Business Correspondence, Interview Techniques, Dressing for Success, Successful Job Search Strategies and Job Survival Tips
Participants will also be eligible to obtain a Certified Customer Service Professional Certification that is recognized industry-wide and can assist in transitioning into various roles across diverse industries.
