Sew it Seams: Open Sewing Lab

Prerequisite: Completion of Beginner Machine Sewing or written permission from Gia Schwatka. Please complete the linked form prior to registration. Join community members as they meet together to sew in the tech lab at the New Carrollton Branch Library.

Open Sewing Lab is equipped with sewing machines, needles, and a variety of accessories. All first time participants must complete a 1-hour sewing machine certification prior to attending their first session.  Please complete this form to attend.

• Face masks and physical distancing are recommended for all participants over the age of 2.
